These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of intendotech.com (the "Site"), operated by IntendoTech, a sole proprietorship based in Panchkula, Haryana, India ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using this Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, or are not comfortable with any part of them, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Nature of this website

The Site exists to describe our services and let prospective clients contact us. All content on the Site — including descriptions of services, past outcomes, metrics, and examples — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, technical, financial, or legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on the Site creates any client relationship, engagement, or obligation of any kind.

Services are governed by separate agreements

Any actual services we provide are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed between us and the client for that specific engagement. These Terms do not create, define, or modify any service commitment, warranty, timeline, or deliverable. In the event of any conflict, the signed engagement agreement prevails over anything on this Site.

No warranties

The Site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on the Site's content is strictly at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, the courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
